How We Select

Academic Criteria

To be eligible for the programme, applicants need to achieve a minimum of 2:1 or equivalent at the Undergraduate level. We also welcome applicants with advanced degrees – Master’s, PhD’s and MBA’s.

Psychometric Testing

All appliants complete a series of aptitude tests and psychometric evaluations to gauge their problem solving ability and aptitude.

  • 50%

Skills & Competencies

We conduct a rigorous assessment with prospective applicants, involving a competency based interview to evaluate soft and technical skills.

  • 30%

Local Knowledge

To join the programme, all applicants must demonstrate an in depth knowledge of Africa, and specifically the country they are seeking career opportunities in.

  • 15%

Ultimately we only accept the top 15% of talent who apply to join our Africa Brain Gain Programme
